Janine and John Nymann happened by Young, Arizona on a fateful day over a decade ago. They quickly fell in love with the place, making it their home. It's easy to see why.

The rest is history. Happy history.

John is a guitarist and vocalist for the globally-iconic rock band Y&T since 2003.

His first solo album, Made in America, was released in 2021 with an all-star cast of contributors. He has been a pro musician for over 45 years.

Janine is a vocalist and percussionist for the locally-iconic rock band Polly-Urethane and the Acetones.

John is also one of the Acetones.

The Nymanns, who treasure their role in the wonderful Pleasant Valley community, strive to offer their guests the finest experience and value possible.
